San Francisco International Film Festival

Silicon Valley Comic Con

Taste of Mendocino

Northern California Cherry Blossom Festival

This year’s Northern California Cherry Blossom Festival will be held on Saturday and Sunday, April 14-15 and April 21-22, 2018. All are welcome to join in the festivities as we celebrate Japanese and Japanese American culture in San Francisco’s Japantown!

The festival will be held within the borders of Laguna and Fillmore Streets and Geary Boulevard. There will be food booths, cultural performances, martial arts, live bands, the annual Queen Program, and more. The Grand Parade will be held on Sunday, April 22, beginning at 1pm starting from City Hall and concluding in Japantown.

Earth Day San Francisco 2018

On Saturday April 21st celebrate the 49th year of Earth Day, and the 100 year anniversary of the Save the Redwoods League. The theme for this year’s Earth Day is “Stand for the Redwoods/Stand for the Future“. This unique partnership  includes a “Redwood Canopy Tent” featuring renowned speakers and panel discussions with participation from the Save the Redwoods League, Bioneers, the California Academy of Science, and SF Sustainable Fashion Week. Talks will go throughout the day with topics including conservation, climate change, recycling, and the intersection of politics, technology and the environment.

International Chocolate Festival
